1. About Ayaan Sports Physio Care

Ayaan Sports Physio Care has delivered over 250,000 treatments in 13 years, serving patients across Stratford, London, Romford, Purfleet, and wider East London & Essex. We specialise in pain relief, sports injury rehabilitation, performance recovery, and holistic therapies.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments for physiotherapy, sports therapy, sports massage, acupuncture, reflexology, or biomechanics can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment at either our Stratford, London clinic or Purfleet, Essex clinic.

• Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late cancellations may be charged at 50–100% of the session fee.

3. Payments

• Payments for all treatments (physiotherapy, massage, or alternative therapies) are due at the time of booking or immediately after the session.

• We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards at both Stratford and Purfleet locations.

• Service fees are subject to change. Updated pricing is displayed on our website.

4. Health Disclaimer

• Our treatments are delivered by qualified physiotherapists and therapists, but they do not replace medical care from a GP or hospital.

• Patients must provide full and accurate medical history when booking rehabilitation, sports massage, acupuncture, reflexology, or biomechanics assessments.

• Ayaan Sports Physio Care is not liable for complications arising from withheld information or failure to follow post-treatment advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We provide evidence-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation services but do not guarantee identical results for all patients.

• Ayaan Sports Physio Care will not be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from services or website use.

• These Terms do not exclude liability where prohibited under UK law.
